Byron Katie. A new name for me. Author of a program called “The Work”. A friend, Ellen, just mentioned her to me and I’ve ordered up the book, “A Thousand Names for Joy: living in harmony with the way things are” from my library. It was providential to find that title in a couple of ways. Firstly, I need to read it, secondly, another friend is actively pursuing joy at this very moment.
Harmony. Another word for completion, I think. To live in harmony would mean to be in a form of completeness. To sing in harmony is a completing of sound. Harmonize. To bring into harmony, accord, or agreement. To be in agreement in action, sense, or feeling. Harmonizing. To be in the act of completing. Yes, that sounds about right. How to live in harmony with the way things are?

P.S. Thanks for using the “Contact Diana” tab, Ellen. I love the input for discussion topics. Isn’t it great that I just came out of a distance healing session on that very subject and there you were with an answer.
